• Once work has begun, the advance payment is non-refundable.

• We fail to begin work within the agreed timeline (without prior communication)
• We are unable to deliver the project as described in the accepted proposal
• The project is cancelled before any work has started

Partial Refund Scenarios

A partial refund may be considered if:

• The project scope changes significantly and we cannot accommodate the changes
• There are unforeseen circumstances preventing project completion

No Refund Scenarios

Refunds are not available when:

• The project has been completed and delivered as per the agreed scope
• The client cancels after significant work has been completed
• Changes requested are outside the original project scope
